This cider conference is part of the activities of the first international cider summit held in Spain

Little Pomona, Weidmann & Groh, Viuda de Angelón, Castañón and Haritz Rodriguez… are just some of the many names that will be present at the Asturies Cider Congress. On March 23 and 24, all these professionals will lead talks, colloquiums and round tables aimed at the entire sector.

Some of the topics that will be addressed will be tourism and cider in Asturias, the distribution and market of cider in the United States, cider in haute cuisine, the example of Belgian beer as a UNESCO cultural heritage…

All the activities of the International Cider Summit Asturies will take place the week of March 20 to 26, 2023. They are divided into 3 different events that are the International Cider Week, the International Cider Congress and the International Cider Festival. The main venue of the summit where some of the main events will take place will be Universidad Laboral de Gijón, but the programming will be distributed among various collaborating venues throughout Asturias.
