The International Cider Summit Asturies will be held the week of March 20 to 26, 2023. All activities will be divided into 3 different events within this summit. Some of the topics that will be addressed will be tourism and cider in Asturias, the distribution and market of cider in the United States, cider in haute cuisine, the example of Belgian beer as a UNESCO cultural heritage…

The International Cider Summit will have as its final climax the Asturies Cider Fest, a festival for cider lovers that will be held on the weekend of March 25 and 26 at the Labor University of Gijón. Here there will be 30 Asturian cider mills offering Natural Cider poured by experts, tastings of the 65 ciders present that will represent 12 cider-producing regions of the world, a fashion market and traditional accessories, musical performances, food trucks, a children’s area and another for pets and much more. further.
