The International Cider Summit Asturies program is divided into 3 different parts:
Asturies Cider Week, which will bring the international spirit of the summit closer to dozens of Asturian establishments distributed throughout the region. Throughout the week of the summit you will be able to enjoy a multitude of small events around cider in the premises of these collaborators. Asturies Cider Congress, a congress where some of the best professionals in the world of cider will meet to discover, share and debate the world of apples and their fermented products. This specialized congress will take place at the Laboral University of Gijón, on Thursday 23 in Multipurpose Room 1 of Laboral City of Culture and on Friday 24 in the Auditorium of Laboral City of Culture.

Asturies Cider Festival, a cider festival, where we combine cider, gastronomy and all kinds of shows and where Asturian natural cider will share the stage with some of the best ciders in the world.
In order to fully enjoy the festival, the organization has released the Cider Festival Pack, which includes the festival’s official bracelet and glass, necessary to be able to consume in the different bars, and access to exclusive areas (world cider tasting room “Natural Paradise”, D.O.P.
